Shipping & delivery

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We dispatch worldwide with tracked shipping, usually within 1–2 business days of confirming your order. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown before you pay.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We keep it as close to cost as possible.
Will I get tracking?
Every order ships tracked, and we send the tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as it's on its way.

Returns & exchanges

What's your returns policy?
Unworn items in original condition and packaging can be returned within 14 days. Because many pairs are rare, please message us before returning anything so we can guide you through it.
Can I exchange a size?
Where stock allows, yes. Get in touch and we'll hold the size you need if it's available.

Sizing & fit

What sizing do you use?
Shoe sizes are listed in US on each product page. If you're between sizes or new to spikes, ask us on chat — spike and racing-shoe fit runs differently to trainers.
Are these true to size?
Most racing spikes fit snug by design. We'll happily advise per model — just tell the assistant your usual trainer size and the shoe you're eyeing.

Authenticity & orders

Are all products authentic?
Yes. Every pair is sourced and checked. We're an independent reseller and are not affiliated with Nike, Adidas or any brand shown.
How do I order?
Browse the catalogue, open a product and hit “Enquire on WhatsApp” or email hello@trackkicks.com. A team member confirms availability and arranges payment and shipping.
